This is a whiskey made in Germany especially for the american market. It is distilled form a beer made by the Uerige Brewery, called DoppleSticke. This brew is 8.5% alcohol, and it takes 250 liters of it to distill down to 14 liters at 70% alcohol. It is cut down to 60% alcohol to be aged and it spend at least one year in the barrel. It is then brought down to a final alcohol content of 45%
