A lively ruby red color. It has exuberant and fresh
aromas reminiscent of woodland berry fruits and cherry forming a harmonious bouquet, rich and elegant on the palate. It is well-balanced, medium bodied with rich flavors and a lasting finish.
Rose and strawberry scents fill the middle of this wine, surrounded by extract that brings some black, mineral character to the structure. There's an earthiness to it, a woodsy note that will complement mushroom tartlets as an aperitif. Wine & Spirits (08/2011)
