Dark mahogany in colour and viscous. Redolent of ripe fruit in the mouth, dried figs and roasted coffee beans. Very sweet, velvety and soft in the mouth, with an extremely long aftertaste.
The exuberant and saturated sweet flavors of sun-ripened grapes spread throughout the entire palate, sustained by firm acidity. That acidity imposes its mineral tones, without overshadowing the seductive caramel sensation that lasts. Serve it chilled as a digestif. -Wine&Spirits
